This review is for the Stone Ridge Store & Mattress Warehouse Corporate. Purchased & returned a Chestwick Manor Davenport queen mattress due to sagging. Corporate office was sleazy, offered us only exchange for exact same mattress or store credit for another brand...BUT $200 LESS than price we paid. The Store manager then tried to charge us extra for a different box spring although he had a Sealy mattress & box spring SET for $899 he wanted another $100 for a box spring as he interpreted our warranty return letter only gave us credit for a mattress (warranties only valid if mattress & box spring are matching sets).Then it took 3 attempts to swap mattress. They email our 3 hour appointment window 8:34 pm the night prior! Then on 1st appointment--they called us 2 hrs before set delivery window, explained they moved up our delivery. We were 45-mins away from home, driver said he couldn't wait & left. 2d delivery they cancelled without notifying us due to some issue at their corporate headquarters. Avoid this company & store.
